Yeah, and in retrospect, especially at it seems obvious Jp has not been keeping up with the boards input, there might be others who are missing important highlights. .

That statement is Crocker Coulson's respone to this message made last month, which folks pointed out the ambiguity of “near future” in it.. :

, "we believe that several of current board members do meet the independence test under NASADAQ rules and intent is to prepare to upgrade to NASDAQ in near future."
