Okay, you got me there, thanks for pointing it out....100%...so, does the math tell us that SWVC couldn't fund the additional 70% to have 100% of Agri?

Or, just another thought...once Agri goes private, is 100% of any 'new-Agri' the same as 100% of today's Agri?

Just thinking out loud.
