I am betting, the only reason they did that is the obvious, the chump dumped his shares on the market right after he resigned. It's likely he had a contract, (obviously he wern't no dummy )and The BOD virtually had to buy him out to prevent him from attempting further disgruntled damage..

I mean what kind of character resigns and then starts pissing on his company?
