so we have:

2,000,000,000 shares common stock with par value at .001
1,000,000,000 shares prefered stock with par value at $1.00

so the private investors got 1 billion preferred shares valued at 1$ for their money?
and the common shares on the market will have a value of 0.001$???

I believe these are the A/S but I am wondering about the value of the stock. Prefered stock are the first to get a dividend of any, but does it justify this difference in price?

so based on the filings for xxis spzi get basically $120,000 worth of xxis. interesting. While I geuss this something for the share holders of spzi it appears that the Ole Mighty Paul is taking care of HIMself 1st. 1 bil preferred shares at a value of a buck. $1. Very interesting.
