Again, not talking to every Joe shareholder isn't necessarily a cause for concern. But not talking to a shareholder all of a sudden that they used to talk to frequently (even so far as that shareholder setting up a conference call for them) is the cause for concern.

However, in light of these positive posts from that shareholder(wsm), it should be ok for now and we should remain confident. No matter what though, Welch not answering WSM is both rude and inexcusable. The rude part I can understand as Welch has been somewhat rude before. At least with me.
