GM Stock2, "a quiet period" is a period prior to an acquisition or that type of situation,where the company cannot discuss what is taking place between the two companies.I am reasonable certain,that is not the case here.
Like I have previously mentioned, I believe that John D,is the person who is guiding Tom in this direction.Unfortunately not to the companies benefit.If I do not here from Tom Welsh,by next friday Jan 11th,2008, with an explanation about the shareholder freeze out with correspondence,I am going to remove my name from the Moderator position.I will not have my name associated with a company that I do not have access to the CEO,for whatever reason.
