I agree!

You should first of all be angry with Evergreen for failing all these years. Naked shorting is not why they have no sales..

Then, you should be mad at the SEC for not representing the retail investor and deterring manipulation of the naked shorting rules.

Then you should be mad at yourself for being dumb enough to stick with this stock.

Don't be mad at the small retail shorts, they are only making smart choices.

Naked shorting has not killed this company and naked shorting is not why the company is on the way towards BK. The company (EEE)is where it is at because they have had no viable revenue earning product since their existence. Furthermore they have failed to materialize many of their claims in the past which is very indicative of their future.
