It's a long story, but I'll try to be as brief as I can....

A tax issue came up that beat the stock down, even though the effects on the dividend wouldn't take place for several years (off the top of my head around 2010 or 2011, I have notes somewhere).

Anyway, once it got beaten down, the believers bought it back up, and I'm sure there was some news pumps along the way about the great dividend.

Similar situation, an Ontario tax went through that cut into the dividend, and the stock plummetted for no good reason in my opinion. Even with the lower dividend it's still a great percentage return, and monthly check coming in.

If you are a shareholder, here is a link to their website. They keep their shareholders updated pretty well on events that will effect stock prices, and somewhere there is a place to set up to have an e-mail alert any time their is pertinent information updated.

Keep your eye on HTE, may be a good opportunity to sell a percentage for a profit, and let the rest ride. Can go either way here.
