The PUBLIC float is around 8 million. Very little dilution the past 3-4 weeks. How much resistance is there past .03?

Flaflyersfan please no offense, but reading this report I am not seeing many shares hitting the float from Sept thru Dec by reading this report.

It seems it thinly traded thru those months you stated.. Could you please help me out and show me where your info is coming from for I am thinking about jumping in on this one.. TIA
