I agree. I believe that I might have been a little overzealous calling ‘incompetence’ lying. The truth is it is just a little frustrating to see a company that should be ‘light on its feet’ be so slow in producing results. The logic and timing that they have used in the reverse split move did not protect the current stock holders as they go trolling for new monies. What would it have hurt to have taken the decision to a new year when they started showing some form of earnings, unless of course they are afraid that earnings are not coming anytime soon (which means that neither is the institutional buyer going to show up at the door anytime soon)? The oscillations in the board room for CEO of the month has been interesting, but not so comforting. None of this looks like a company that is ready to make money. I am sure that all of you know when you go out on the website looking at the trial information; it looks pretty haphazard and incomplete.

University of Cincinnati and University of Pittsburgh Medical Centers show that they are "Not yet recruiting", while the other sites are still recruiting. Now the completion of these trials is the first element of acceptance in the medical stream, is it not?

This information coupled with Inverness purchasing majority shares of Diamics and also having very deep pockets relative to Cytocore looks a little depressing.

http://www.diamics.com/docs/press07192007.pdf

"Inverness has acquired 51% of the company and assumed a seat on Diamics’Board."

The greatest of these is that there has been nothing coming from the board addressing any of these items (also a little depressing).

I’m sorry that I posted the first time. I was just letting off pressure. Next time I will kick the cat.
