I have NEVER said you, or anyone else, didn't have a right to express your views. Everyone has that right. But people who slander a company, create false impressions, and outright call management liars are not just expressing their views - they are tearing down a company and should expect to be challenged by shareholders like myself who belive in the company.

I have worked with our country's premier scientific laboratories and with the technology transfer departments. This is where scientists develop new technologies, patents, etc and then move the license over to new companies to commercialize the product. Setting up these companies usually requires creating a basic board and set of officers, who may or may not remain with the company - but are needed in order to process the paperwork with the required agencies, funding organizations, etc. When I saw the VYSO website and looked into the scientist's background and saw his relationship with Universities and gov't organizations it seemed apparent to me that the website was nothing more than the 1st step for the company as it begins its transformation process. From what I could read at the time, it was not even operational. So I took it to be a shell in preparation for funding and development. Many times you would see at least a few of the same board members and officers titles on different companies that were in the development process, since many of those same people know each other in the scientific and academic communities.

I have NEVER seen anyone post a PR from one company stating that a member of their board or an officer is also serving in the same position on another company. But your complaint was not only lack of PR, but also that the company was "hiding" something. That is what provokes a response from me.
