CHCG is a tough one for me. I like the fundamentals, but don't understand what is driving the huge selling of stock via Form 144. In the past 3-4 mos, there have been millions of shares that have been filed for sale. It appears to be a group of early investors who may be disenchanted with the current management, and they hold millions more shares of stock. If they want out, they will most definitely control the price of the stock in the short and intermediate term. Figure out what they are doing, and you hold the key to this stock, imho.
