OT 2: I'll have to check that out. The best I've had so far has been at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Cooked to perfection and served in a pool of butter. A true heart attack on a plate :)

Though I don't live in Texas I must say the potterhouse at Texas Land & Cattle was very good the last time I was down there.

Really i tried the same thing when i was in LA at Houstons....Mine was terrible? Go figure. However that said im a kobe beef fan, pricey but well worth it!
