I agree. Depends on what is more important to each individual I suppose. Those that cannot tolerate an additional fee need to use the 'all or none' option. Those that just want the order filled quickly would not.

Sometimes I start with the 'all or none'...but if I can't get the order to fill I change to an order without it.
