i agree ! even if we can recoup some money its better than nothing, and who knows things could actually work out given enough time

I agree also, but I hope that we will see this loan finalized by the 15th of January. I don't see how the lender can delay closing the loan much beyond the 15th without a real good explanation.

According to the email I received from Kevin on the 14th of December, they told him to relax because the money is coming. In that email, Kevin said that the lender told him they are working on our file now to complete the funding, and they also apologized for the delay. With that in mind, I think it is reasonable to expect something to materialize soon.
