I think the transaction was different because I'm speculating it was between Von Ehr and Cornell.

I wish I knew the answer because total 1,530,178 volume did not avoid the tape. First, I am not sure what Shores can or can not do with his personal shares or what would or would not require a filing. I would think that if the 1.5M shares came directly from TXP there would be a filing. Certainly YA is a possibility unloading some of those $.157 shares to a private investor. I am sure there are probably a number of possibilities.
