Allow me the privilege of 2008's first post on this board.Fundamentally,I continue to believe DEJ has a sound business plan and the right properties.
At this point all they need to do is to continue on their stated goal of becoming cash flow positive this fiscal quarter.

If and when we're cash flow positive,it's my opinion the sp will rally bigtime as the pace of development rapidly ramps up.
Let's have a Great 2008.
