If you look back at past history he (Rufus) did the samething at BANN, he fought but only to lose, as he will lose here as well.
there is no evidence whatsoever that I've seen, that RPH has done anything illegal...thats because you are not looking at this objectivly, for starters If as stated by Rufus and others he know the bond s were fishy then by him taking and PRing the bonds he commited fraud, that is a crime, also so many other thing, bogus PRs with claims of cash and assets as wellas J/Vs also fraud and a crime, but fine don't believe that...Also you have yet to answer two simpel questions..
1) Did you call any of the so called J/Vs?
2) Did you call any of the people names as being a part of any of the J/Vs
Interference from those that could not allow CSHD to succeed, and in fact would profit from its failing, is what has hurt the shareholders.
And who would that be??? The only one that hurt shareholders of CSHD was Rufus. If he would have cooperated from the start and been truthful as well as getting legal representation this may not be where it is, kind of makes you wonder why he did not.

while leaving those who clearly profited at the expense of the shareholders unscathed.

Yes I did and I did shout scam from the start, if more would have listened and took profit there would be less people holding a bag.
What is it that drives you to torment crime victims?
I post here as well at a few other boards in the hopes of helping others, to give them a chance to avoid big losses, or at least rethink there decisions or do more in depth DD.
Why do you piss on every effort we make to determine the full scope of this disaster and bring all responsible to justice?.....
I would like all that were part of this scam to see justice, but the way this thing is going and what the case is about Rufus is the only one that will pay here, again his name is on everything all the doc, all the PRs and so on. I am not foolish enough to believe Rufus pulled this off alone, but the paper trail leads right to him, any and all (if any) others that were a part of this were smart enough to not put there name to anything.
