NSDM needs better background conditions with the major averages to start the bounce action...

The NSAD is still coughing and burping... NSDM will do better when there is a stronger current of speculation...

That said, IMO, NSDM is getting oversold for its progress... and I am nibbling again... yum...

OT QBID is under accumulation and hitting its prior highs... and PLKC is looking pretty good...
