No Woody, the cc employees were hired by Carol Harris staffing (no relation to GH)agency.Although she is a neighbor of BV. After a few months they hired a manager for the call center from those people. She then was an offical employee of UPZS. That's when the getting paid late started for her! And upper management!!! The other people were hired on from Carol Harris by UPZS in May. They then stiffed Carol Harris for tens of thousands. And then the story goes........
