A buyout would substantially raise the price of this stock in a short amount of time as well as any significant revenue news. They would set a price and the price would shoot and spike a little over that agreed upon price. It would be a buying frenzy especially if Merck bought them. I'm just saying as time goes on (as in soon) there will be a point of no return. The clock is on a company that might be looking in buying them. Meaning it would really ...really have to be a sweet deal from them to go with a buyout in the future not to mention a lot more expensive for the hypothetical buying company. It is a win/win from here on out in my opinion for the shareholders. We are literally becoming more valuable by each tick of a month.
