More like subterranean floor but the deal has not been confirmed and the reverse split/merger has not come to light yet.

We were disappointed when a shareholder posted 1000/1 R/S in a email last week. Just think how we will feel when the real number comes. 10,000/1 is more realistic for a company with 14,000,000,000 shares.
