Newtrader - My post was frustration with sprinkled sarcasm. I don't know if you have been to the solar stocks forum here at I-hub. It features about 30+ companies (big board and OTC).
Scan those and you will see where I am coming from. As oneman has posted, if the dilution is to build a war chest to grow the business, then I can buy that. If it is to line the pockets of management; then they should go to jail.
