Sqeezer....agree 100% about the cryptic 8k's (too Kevin Kreisler like). Makes them appear "smart"...lol but most can't translate. Which is less than transparent. With Kevin....ultimately the material value of the legalese was BS.
Continue to hope that Tommy boy is not a Kevin "mini me" but sure feels similar. Thus far Tommy boy (and I do mean boy) has yet to prove that he is anything but a well schooled penny CEO....a position which any one of us could hold. No real accountability.
Tough POV....yep. I have been an officer of an NYSE traded company, thus far Tom has proven that he simply knows has to do penny deals. Shareholder value does not appear to be a strong consideration.
