I think you will find that a good portion of officers of the company are holding SCRB shares. I think they convert to ten SCRA shares but I'm not sure. Anyway, my concern is that the SCRA shares could be wiped out and the SCRB shares survive the restructure. However, there are a large amount of SCRA shares that are owned by various funds which makes me a bit at ease to hold SCRA shares.
