One would think...however...that any significant event like that would have a record date....instead of letting people buy in up to the last minute...but who knows?

re-buy out ..they didn;t say how much per share yesterday folks.what they said was .50 unless the fairness report proved that gsgf was worth more then they would pay the difference at a later datejmo
