DG, in between the time of APC not getting the block they wanted and the FBI raid was the Sao Tome AG report which was publicly acknowledged to have been sent to the United States government with a request to investigate.

Joe S. has pretty well documented that an APC friendly attorney was the major author of that report.

I do not understand your logic about a time gap when the gap was apparently filled with a successful effort by APC to get the Sao Tome AG report written and investigations about ERHC and FCPA statues started in the United States.

DG, I do not believe you do your DD and now you have anxiety over your investment decisions.

PS At the time of the FBI raid, the DOJ did hope to uncover evidence of connections between Jefferson and ERHC which were not found.

However, the SEC investigations which started a couple of months before the raid and the major rationale for the DOJ investigation which was publicly acknowledged refered to the FCPA and not Jefferson.

to search ERHC's offices without the STP AG's report.

NO WAY!

There was no probable cause to have a judge sign a warrant and there is still no probable cause. The only thing the Feds have currently is a link to Procura with Jefferson.

If ERHC would be involved we'd have heard something by now.
