Good point. That's far from being clear.

As Lowman has always pointed out, it's plausibly time to 'get physical' with this stock (LOL), so investors will no longer be 'be-NITEd' or 'benighted' by being shorted into the ground and below.

Some of us don't like NITE's rites and rituals, and believe that stockholders should have some rights of their own.
