Allen...it s obvious Nucap connot be used in its current form for NNRF s use...even Global acnowlgded this in there counter NR..
The one application NNRF is referring to is very unique and specialized. We are continuing in our research to develop some possible applications that may assist them with the success of this project. If there is a change in developments on this project it will be exclusively for this application or ones similar to it done by NNRF, not Global or Dow Corning,

So Nucap according to BBMR s own pr states the are changing the application,and just how is Global partisipating in this reaserch?they have no money?whats happening is NNRFs people is communicating directly with Dow in Germany to make Nucap useable in its current form...

GBMR though the other product is fast being adopted it appears in the NYC NJ area on Muncipal projects.[HNIPU]

Fast adopted?...are you kidding..these 3 pilot progects are hardly thousands of dollars...even if they get the full contracts they will not even be a half million dollars in revenues....that will barly pay for Globals audited financials they are a year behind on???

Its not NNRFs science-its the people who are trying to run the Science with good intention but in the process may be actually
diminishing the chance for NNRF to become a profitable going concern.

NNRF has aquired a company they are building out(atoll)..with over $56 million in revenue and 12 million in profit for the first 3 quaters 2007,of that they own 50%,also the y have access to financing and a 2.5 million dollar line of credit...so your statement is totaly bogus...you are clearly here to BASH nnrf..give you r head a shake ALLEN
