I disagree. This is grey sheet stock with no MM's. Their only official purpose is to match up retail buy/sell orders. I say official, cause what they really do may be different. But, there are bigger fish to fry, so why would they have much interest in making .001 on the spread...I dunno, maybe $9000 for today split between a few MM's is not chicken feed.

Also, the volume is very small relative to the o/s, so there's no reason for the stock to go up or down much. And, retail investors can control the price a bit, by putting out a limit order wherever they want.

My opinion, formed from lurking for a while at PP, is that there's a bunch of folks who really think this company is legit, or at least hope so. I think much of the volume comes from those folks. These folks have no place to go to learn the real story about the company, as the truth is surpressed over there.
