A.The year end audit of Atoll is scheduled to begin the week of January 20, 2008. As previously reported NNRF's US auditors intend to be in Moscow to supervise the Atoll year end audit.Atoll's Board of Directors has ratified full and transparent reporting in accordance with SEC regulations. As a result the Company will be able to include its share of Atoll's revenues in our accounts.
Q.failure to inform shareholders of an extension of MGTs relationship on Shareholder time with another company.
A.there is no material change,NNRF has no obligation to inform anyone about VYSO unless they conclude a bussiness agreement.
Q.I am saying that I feel they truly lack the business people
on payroll to drive the business of the company--
A..you r joking right...go to NNRF s home page and review the BOD and look at the BIOs of the people invovled in management,just because things arent moving as fast as you see fit doesn t mean NNRF lack bussiness accumen,the fact they purchased 50% of Atoll for 4.6 million when they had $200 million in back orders and posted 5 plus million profit in the first quarter alone should tell you they are driving this bussiness forward.
Q. But I am belive its quite possible the CFO of this company clearly toyed with and mis led a caller this past summer.

A.During the month of December the Company expects to be informed by E.ON nuclear facility management of their selection of an initial nuclear power plant for the test installation of FEECOM/BIECOM.
Nucap..No sales of this product have occurred to date in commercial quantities and further engineering is required for this to occur.
Trumen..In early 2008 the company's Chief Scientist, Professor Dr. Valery Lebedev, as a co-inventor of Trumem, will focus efforts on defining different applications and developing specifications necessary to respond to requests from potential European customers.
Egypt..To date the Company has not received official information on the decision by the Egyptian agency to proceed with this proposal
south Korea..Representatives of Korea Nuclear Industry Co. will come to Germany in January for formal meetings and to negotiate a formal marketing agreement for NNRF's shielding and encapsulation materials in the South Korean region.
EP unints...the Company has determined that the market for residential power quality equipment will develop more slowly than originally forecast.
Lack of measurable progress?what are you expecting?the company is less than 2 years old and is aquiring infrastrure and technolagy,this takes DD ,time and money...i think building out Atoll and rolling these other companies into it is priority,Nucap is clearly not ready for application,and Fiecom beecom is undergoing there initall test installs...what more do you want...all these questions have been answered before..if you are not here to BASH then what?
If you are upset .""STILL"" about the NR about Nucap i think you need to look at GBMR s progress in the last year and point the finger at MR sheppard...maby ask why they haven t filed any financials for the last year...maby ask why they ve gone from 31 million shares a year ago to over 310 million shares,do you really think Global is working with Dow to make Nucap more sprayable in Germany?..and how is MR Sheppard paying for this research?..they are doing piolt project s worth several thousand dollars..they cant even afford to file there finacials?and they claim to have Commercial orders of Nucap produced by DOW?...what excactly does Mr Sheppard consider commercial?i think you r ill will is misplaced..
