if you recall, usxp actually did purchase it and immediately sold it back to the owner. It was documented in the sec filings. Regardless, not sure what Jane is doing regarding all the money usxp advanced to Ujet ($1MM+). And yet, ujet still wants usxp to pay it for past due bills.

I am not sure ujet is even in business anymore.

Also, that statement you posted has RA written all over it.
