70,000 shares sold by the CEO in the last couple months. I wonder if all those new shares are part of what has caused the PPS to tumble.

And speaking of 70,000 shares...that's about $140K. Wonder if Mr. Klein bought hisself some nice Christmas presents.

I definitely hope we see some clarifying PRs in the days to come about what he did with that $140K.
