When your signature is on fraudulent documents submitted to the SEC (as Zig's was) you are not a victim. At best an accomplice, but still a criminal.

Tell us since you know so much just how hard did Zig try to make this company enter the market place like his many press release promises?

Did he take all offers for the company products and services or did his big ego get in the way of that?
