What is your point?
PNMS is a Nevada corp...and is based out of Dallas.
Also....We sent our certs to Dallas.
Also....we "mailed" our certs which would make any improprieties..."mail fraud" ....which has more teeth than the SEC anyway.
So what is the point your trying to make anyway?
