I wouldn't buy a franchise from a business that isn't in the franchise business. Their P&L shows that they are in the shell business...purchasing companies from related parties. P&L doesn't show that they have profitable operations. Can't disagree with that in a realistic world.

I'm holding out hope for Good Life to bring something good to the shareholders. So far, the company has delivered nothing but promises. I hope, this time, the shareholders get something. I don't have faith, but I do have hope.

I did actually. I inquired about their online payday loan system. I got a password to that backnet thing and read their entire prospectus. Oncw I started finding other information from official outside sources, I changed my mind.
