The lawsuit was if anything a road block to trading, being that the company would want to be free of any suits before any trading would begin. It is only natural that a prospective new buyer would be concerned if a company had on going suits where they were the defendant. I think it is no coincidence that we are lookiong to trade soon and the suit is now out of the way.. Good luck to all of the half glass full folks ,
