So they can NOT take control and hold large percentage of company , dont want them having overly large voting power or even take over power. Thus they can only HOLD max of 4.99%. Read it it is clear - they can only HOLD 4.99%.

I'm looking into that ,doesn't make sense to me either. We will see . Seems that a short would want us to sell here and give the death spiral due to toxic lenders story as reasons to bail. My question to SH will be about addressing this issue. Why would he even think of trying to turn this around if this death spiral was in place? Seems that Strongholds BK would of taken care of this ??
