Davidal - I'm not sure RD will allow for much off-label use due to it being injectable instead of a pill, and approval for RD acute use only may also keep doctors from feeling comfortable about prescribing for off-label use.

But I agree 100% that as as soon a pill version of an Ampakine becomes available, it will be used/tried in a LOT of off-label settings.

I'll seriously consider it myself.
