Opening the PDR ex. doesn't amount to a hill of beans. We need liquidity!
No one is going to buy PDRs at $100 when they can buy the same 10K shares for $3......and no one is going to buy shares unless they're members of the foundation and have a chance of conversion. And very few will convert unless we have liquidity. So what would be the point of a PR outside the exchange?
When the exchange is fully liquid.....now that will deserve a PR!
