HOLD YOUR HORSES!!! It appears Cinemax's "intent" is to file a "10sb" with the SEC, not a 10KSB. In other words, their "intent" is to register the new 75 million common & 25 million serial preferred TOTALLY OWNED BY INSIDERS! LMFAO! the 10sb is the registeration disclosure of who owns the beneficial stock. LMFAO! "Forget the 10KSB, we just need to register more stock to dump!" OH BROTHER!!
