Mary, I disagree with your analysis .. ..
The T.A. has no proprietary right to the information as to share structure. The T.A. has a right to be paid for their time in looking up and providing the information that you request. They are not the owner of the information. Ken Lamb determines the share structure and it is his information to disseminate. So, considering that the T.A. has been paid (in this case for "HER" services), you owe her no future obligation to keep private that which should be public information. Likewise her additive as to your responsibility to keep the information (which might I add, is time dated and may be stale tomorrow) from the rest of the stockholders that you bought the information to be shared with, is totally rediculous on the part of the T.A., as "SHE" does not own nor generate changes in the total, but merely tallys the total for a fee from the company of which you are the part-owner. So, tell the T.A. to "KISS YOUR GRITS" and kindly post the information among the owners. Sam
