That's the other thing that needs to change. The right to vote either by electronic proxy or by mail if there are no board of directors.....BOD should be people not affilitated with the company nor should they be family members because to the conflict of interest this presents......In this case the BOD's is Bermans family which includes his mother. What this means is he will make the decision.

The TA is open but they will only give us the o/s count. This means little and so do charts or any technical indicators considering how aggressive he has been selling shares. Matter of fact this is all that he has done since this was all created. He spends the bulk of his time viewing how much he rakes in on a daily basis......he spends no time in Utah overseeing anything. What he has done with the bulk of this money is anyones guess but it hasn't been spent on Russells operations, and not a nickel on the Payday mines.
