I'm not sure if he can r/s with a 504 in place. If he r/s's this will end this. He will take whatever liquidity is left. He doing a r/s won't create buyers....it will end like Aumn. No one will buy Aumn knowing what he has done to Rsds. A r/s won't help in the short or long term for shareholders. If he r/s's this will be like a dead man walking. Traders may play for tad but nothing will move this back up. He either realizes he is finished or he doesn't?......whatever the case may be he is gonna make every attempt to get whatever he can for himself, as we have seen.....he now has 2 504's running and 3 filed in 16 months.
