These stocks that trade on the pinks or OTCBB are not governed or ruled by the SEC. It's lawless country, buyer beware. There are no rules, that's why 99.9% of these companies are scams, it's just bandits printing paper to put money in their pockets. Then when they have soaked it to the last drop, they either fold it and start another scam company or do 1 for gazzilion r/s's and continue printing. Pinkland and OTCBB has been a real wake up call for me. Been there, done that and i'm not returning.
