Yours is a very pertinent question. As far as I know, from some tentative inquiries in speaking with Investor Relations recently, no date was made explicit in that announcement (of the QTIG share dividend to holders of STEH shares) for the simple reason that the date for qualification to benefit from that dividend has still to be fixed. I imagine it will be fixed quite soon because all stockholders have a natural, almost inevitable wish to know if they qualify or not. I expect management will satisfy that wish before long. We must just stay tuned.
