I would like to believe that custom STv2 programs in the works might be a reason for a delay.

I'm not suggesting a delay would be bad, I'm thinking only it may be tied to getting SWARM results.

Can anyone come up with other reasons why waiting until these results are in hand before releasing STv2?

The more I think about it the more it makes sense.
