Once again - THEIR SHARE AS (Authorized Shares) is 5 TRILLION - 5,000,000,000,000 .............> NO MATTER WHAT Pink Sheets states - per their Articles of Incorporation on NEVADA STATE SITE it STATES THIS !!


They can ISSUE UP TO 5 TRILLION SHARES !!!!


NO WAY after the split could anyone have made any money - the share price dropped to 100th the value to start with - the price continues to drop to .0001 ..> which it started at !!!


DO YOUR OWN DD !!! READ all YOU CAN - look on the SOS WEBSITE FOR NEVADA - read their SEC REPORTS (one thing they are good at is the paper trail) .....> If they want to say the div's for the mines are only for shareholders for whatever date - they can .....>

The other 2.5 billion shares are from the financing of the gold mines that was covered by the 1 major shareholder of FFGO and that is Saint James Capital... I think searchlight may have some of them... it would not take much for them to do another RS like they did and squeeze us out almost all together...
