Richie, I'm stoked AND think my pie analogy
deserves another look. I think the scent is savory. And I think Yaacov is plowing along with enough product to make the industry sit up and take notice.
I will stress one thing that might need be taken into account with regards to Yaacov's factory being in Israel. My experience over the years here is that it takes several trips to get an official to issue anything, ie., driver's license, vehicle title, passport pages, visas, etc.. I can't imagine how he navigates the business climate over here? I'm sure if we'd ask him he'd say that this was indeed one of the many hurdles that has caused him to miss deadlines to his shareholders, especially on the financial disclosure. And it may be that he is in a sensitive position over here if he reveals his financial position at present due to taxes and paperwork and permits. And he certainly can't explain this stuff to shareholders without tipping his hand to the very government officials that he's trying to negotiate with. So, I'd take these things into account when racking him over the American perspective coals. I think he's doing a great job and I'll say this again. I've bought this company for two reasons: one, he's Jewish (for many of you out there this might be a negative but to me it's one of two positives); two, his product line is only growing in an industry that is needing the growth as terrorists and criminals get more sophisticated.
And my asking about the lack of volume? I think these spurts of volume one day and then zero volume the next day are very indicative of something but I don't have the slightest idea what. That's why I asked. I see I'm not the only one to have noticed. Richard, you must have looked into this a bit. I see you have thought it might be Alliance dumping shares. I don't think so. Not enough volume in this stock to dump at these prices. Need 100 million shares a day with 2.5 billion outstanding to be able to dump convincingly. I think the volume might be related to frustrated shareholders throwing in the towel. MHO.
Well, I'm trying to load up the truck today and average down significantly here. I believe in this company and in this CEO, come hell or high water. Keep those candles lite and you won't wander around in darkness.
