songbirdia, It might ? be that 141 management and their transfer agent is referencing common shares into THREE categories, (AS) authorized shares , (OS)outstanding shares and (RS) restricted shares. (While restricted shares are OS shares some transfer agents & companies use 'restricted shares' in describing restricted outstanding shares). But even when this is considered it doesn't offer the needed help in figuring out xxis' share structure. LOL
Until 141 releases more information about their share structure (which might also include preferred shares) we guess ad nauseam about about things. I for one am looking forward to the first Q Report. milo3
